Can anyone tell me on avarage if the New guys are going to day shift or night shift. Is it hard or easy to do shift transfer? Yes I know it goes by needs of the Unit, asking on the avarage? THANKS Night shift mainly, and usually a building card on my unit. Specifically, B 2 1. It's traditionally the worst run card on the unit, and people quit or transfer as fast as they can. I know I did. I only had to wait about a month for a day shift transfer. The key is putting in right when the incoming new boots hit the shift. Card change is as simple as dropping an IOC in with the bulding Major's secretary.

"Nambla72" << Now that's funny. Am I the only one that caught that and the acronym? Back around August 2013, I was responding to a message from poster njblu72. I was gently admonished by Mr. Ley and promised to behave. Back then I was rash, abrupt and crude as are most Easterners who are transplanted into Texas. I am also from New Jersey and lived in Monmouth County as a young child. Since 2013 I have become more caring about people's feelings, more sensitive, more polite and much less abrasive. I'm an all round nice guy now who would never intentionally hurt anyone’s feelings. I feel very good about myself AND GOSH DANGIT PEOPLE LIKE ME!
