When you say "separated" do you mean they were separated from each other or they were separated from service?

From Each other...One is now on 2 card in GP with us....

They were probably charged with a Level 2 Violation (15b. Instigating or Participating in a Physical Confrontation or Altercation). The 1st offense can result in 6-9 months probation, withdrawal of pay, suspension w/o pay 1-20 workdays, reduction in pay and possible dismissal. Dismissal is not mandatory until the third violation. I see two problems here. I remember when fighting for the 1st offense was mandatory dismissal. I think in the prison environment you can't tolerate fighting especially in front of the convicts. Although, they were separated their friends weren't and how could you trust them to have your back when the time came. Second, this rule punishes not only the aggressor, but also the person who is trying to protect themselves. It sounds like you have to stand there and take punches until a supervisor intervenes.

Found out tonight...The Now Warden's Cousin who started the incident by trying to assault the other officer keep their job...The other officer got fired in July 2015. Allred Rank claims the Now Warden's Cousin only had a verbal altercation and the Other Officer was the one who got physical. They are claiming no Self Defense. The the other involved officer found out Video evidence from the Camera on the Dorm was inadvertently Destroyed when the officer tried to obtain it through "Open Records Act". Seems some type of System glitch ate it. Regional Director lost the Officer's grievance for over 4.5 months...and guess what...... Allred HR mistakingly tried to have the Officer sign a Voluntary resigntion also before they could start Grievance/Mediation procedure...Bull Sh*T.....Oh and the officer was also written up because they left the pod because they had to go to the Desk area because SGT did not come to a pod......which the Regional Director says never happens.
