... give us your thoughts on this. OMG! As I read that directive I almost went out of my mind (more than the usual). That part where they say the new LGBT Program will have to be supported using existing resources should make the normal employees mad. That will probably mean even more resources will be diverted towards the LGBT's than what was expected. How can a transsexual expect to control a prison population if they're prancing around acting all fruity tootie? You will never be able to discipline the LGBT's because being LGBT will be their defense. Hell, if it gets me ahead or through a rough period I think I'll just say I'm a pole sucker. Geeeez, you got males who don't want their dicks and chicks who want their own dicks. The world has turned itself upside down! I'm glad all the chicks I know still wants the dick stuck in them. I guess I'm just old school.

My thoughts exactly... Imagine little transgender,,, whatever you would call them, prancing around the prison with little tinkerbells on their zippers. Then throw PREA into the mix. Under PREA, we are told that female staff must now announce their presence whenever they enter a cell block or housing unit. Forget for a moment that no female staff member will ever again catch an inmate committing a prohibited act unless he wants her to catch him. I wonder, will those who wear tinkerbells likewise have to announce their presence lest some straight inmate not want the wearers-of-tinkerbells spying on them in the shower or while taking a dump? So many questions, so few answers. I'll keep you posted. PS. I just remembered a couple of things: backgate.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=chatter&action=display&thread=947and-- During the first three months of 2012 we had annual training. We were informed, as part of the Obama LGBT affirmative action quota initiative, that should we desire to inform the world that we had decided to change genders and accrue unto ourselves all of the benefits of being a man who thinks he is or wants to be a woman, or a woman who thinks she is or wants to be a man; we could simply fill out the appropriate declaration in Personnel. Then Presto! Men could wear uniform skirts or dresses, and piss on every seat in the female restrooms and God help the dumbass, or dumbassette, who retaliates against us for our sexual preference or for pissing on the seats!!!

... give us your thoughts on this. ....I'll just say I'm a pole sucker. ..... My pole is available for your fantasies. As long as you are doing the pitching, it doesn't matter where you drop your load. The major problem we have is that the liberals and queers are taking what we work for, and giving it to the people who don't work. Cum to my picket, when you are ready.

I promised to keep you informed, so shall I.
No change. The US Department of Justice Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender program is on track and on schedule. The she-men; the big, powerful, muscular bull-dykes; the she-men and big, powerful, muscular bull-dykes; and those who are in various states of transition back and forth between all of the above prance through the halls of government, piss on the seats in any restroom they wish, and send thugs scurrying, backs to the wall, for the safety of their cells, in federal prisons coast-to-coast.
Barry & Eric are truly transforming the government.

www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2014/05/30/presidential-proclamation-lesbian-gay-bisexual-and-transgender-pride-monQUOTE: The White House Office of the Press Secretary For Immediate Release May 30, 2014 Presidential Proclamation -- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month, 2014 LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, AND TRANSGENDER PRIDE MONTH, 2014 - - - - - - - BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA A PROCLAMATION As progress spreads from State to State, as justice is delivered in the courtroom, and as more of our fellow Americans are treated with dignity and respect -- our Nation becomes not only more accepting, but more equal as well. During Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month, we celebrate victories that have affirmed freedom and fairness, and we recommit ourselves to completing the work that remains. Last year, supporters of equality celebrated the Supreme Court's decision to strike down a key provision of the Defense of Marriage Act, a ruling which, at long last, gave loving, committed families the respect and legal protections they deserve. In keeping with this decision, my Administration is extending family and spousal benefits -- from immigration benefits to military family benefits -- to legally married same-sex couples. My Administration proudly stands alongside all those who fight for LGBT rights. Here at home, we have strengthened laws against violence toward LGBT Americans, taken action to prevent bullying and harassment, and prohibited discrimination in housing and hospitals. Despite this progress, LGBT workers in too many States can be fired just because of their sexual orientation or gender identity; I continue to call on the Congress to correct this injustice by passing the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. And in the years ahead, we will remain dedicated to addressing health disparities within the LGBT community by implementing the Affordable Care Act and the National HIV/AIDS Strategy -- which focuses on improving care while decreasing HIV transmission rates among communities most at risk. Our commitment to advancing equality for the LGBT community extends far beyond our borders. In many places around the globe, LGBT people face persecution, arrest, or even state-sponsored execution. This is unacceptable. The United States calls on every nation to join us in defending the universal human rights of our LGBT brothers and sisters. This month, as we mark 45 years since the patrons of the Stonewall Inn defied an unjust policy and awakened a nascent movement, let us honor every brave leader who stood up, sat in, and came out, as well as the allies who supported them along the way. Following their example, let each of us speak for tolerance, justice, and dignity -- because if hearts and minds continue to change over time, laws will too. NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim June 2014 as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month. I call upon the people of the United States to eliminate prejudice everywhere it exists, and to celebrate the great diversity of the American people. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of May, in the year of our Lord two thousand fourteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and thirty-eighth. BARACK OBAMA

Bobo. Federal employee health insurance will now pay for sex changes. Time to apply for some jobs! www.fedsmith.com/2014/06/16/opm-removes-prohibition-on-sex-change-coverage-under-fehb/OPM Removes Prohibition on Sex Change Coverage Under FEHB by Ralph Smith | June 16, 2014 On June 13, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) quietly released a “program carrier document” related to the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHB). The subject of the letter is “Gender Identity Disorder/Gender Dysphoria.” The effect of the letter is to allow federal employee health insurance carriers to provide insurance for sex change operations and for expenses related to a sex change operation. OPM describes this as the need to provide health benefits consistent with each person’s individual medical status before and after gender transition. The OPM letter also states that OPM is removing the requirement that FEHB brochures exclude “services, drugs, or supplies related to sex transformations.” According to the OPM letter, health insurance carriers cannot remain silent on the issue. Instead, carriers will have to propose one of two options: Remove the General Exclusion language and provide to OPM the specific brochure text that describes the covered components and limitations of care for the diagnosis; or Maintain the General Exclusion language for the 2015 plan year. The federal government’s Medicare program also lifted a ban on sex-reassignment surgeries about two weeks ago.
