Glad those bosses are ok, sans the broken hand. Hate to see this contraband overlooked. Too many officers give a damn is busted I think. I guess you get what you pay for. Very sad to see the agency going down hill like this. Soon there wont be many of us left who care. SMH.

If your going to break a hand in a prison, that is the way to do it.
What happens when there aren't enough who care?? Do ya think TDCJ will take the hint?

It's a "Rolling Lockdown" now. TDCJ Industries cannot afford to be shut down. That's what it is, in case you didn't know. The garment factory can't be shut down. The sock line is more important than officer safety.
That's the bottom line.

WE are conditioned not to. "The prison's gonna run".....How many times have you heard it? I've heard it plenty. Subordinates take cues from leaders. From the dawn of time it's been this way, and will continue to be this way. Leaders in TDCJ have shown themselves to be out of touch, and policy makers, as opposed to "Grey suits" But no matter how stupid shit gets, "The prison is going to run".

Yeah I am just glad no one got seriously hurt, but all this happening in a single shift makes me think that 3 bldg wanted to be locked back down for some reason

Find shit means reporting shit..Reporting shit Makes us look Bad. On Allred our Lock Downs can't interfere with School..We have to finish our Lockdowns during school breaks. It is nothing but a Dog and Pony Show Now days...just so we can say we did it..if something goes wrong it is because an officer missed it

Four months on the job and shook down the offender bathroom in the kitchen. I pulled two five gallon jugs of hootch, a stack of porn mags, and various sundry items. I needed a dolly to pull it all out to the building Captain's office. He looked at me like I was stupid, and told me to trash it. I was later chewed out by the FSM that was on duty that night, as the kitchen captain was made to look bad. Looking back now, that should have been my first hint of how the system works.

Well when Allred was on On Lock Down back then everyone worked Johnny Crew not Just CO's..Even Wardens and Majors worked the Johnny Crew...I remember Warden Moneyham standing on Milk Crates to be tall enough to reach over into the Sink and Do Mixing Pots cleaning them for the Next Batch of Peanut Butter..All Departments made Johnnies...Was Not Bad

Shows the thieves that we are on top of the situation at hand. No sir, nothing gets past us.
